

Mrs. Stephanie Blyth Albright passed away on December 10th, 2013. She was born on March 17th, 1963 in Miami, Florida, daughter of Dr. John Gerald Yassin and Jacquelyn Deane Yassin. Mrs. Albright graduated from Vanderbilt University and was a dynamic and inspirational individual who had a successful business career followed by the founding and building of a family foundation that supported numerous children-based charities throughout the mid-Atlantic region. She was best known for her positive and inspirational personality which was infectious to all who were blessed with her presence. Stephanie was passionate about her family, her large network of friends and associates and her numerous pets. Stephanie was a proficient equestrian, tennis player, and physical fitness enthusiast. Surviving are her husband, William Arthur Van Albright Jr., her son, Steven Michael Albright, her daughters Jennifer Blythe Albright and Carlyn Amber Albright, her parents, Dr. and Mrs. John Gerald Yassin, her brother, Ronald Michael Barrett, her mother in-law, Mrs. Carolyn G. Albright, sister and brother in-laws Audra and Gary Niskanen, Carolyn and Raymond Palmer and a host of nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at eleven a.m. on Monday, December 23rd, at Bethany United Methodist Church located at 2875 Bethany Lane in Ellicott City, MD followed by a reception at the Church and the family’s home. The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Therapeutic and Recreational Riding Center (TRRC) located at 3750 Shady Lane, Glenwood, MD. 21738.
