Mr Donaldson has touch lives in ways that can never be forgotten.

I will miss his wittiness and charm.  I will remember him for the Holiday Party when he danced with the team members on the dance floor.  He will never not say Hi to, even when he is busy.

Sleep on Mr D, you have ran your race well and your reward is waiting for you.

I will always remember Mr. Donaldson showing me care, patience, and understanding in my growth with the company. He will be dearly missed.

I remember when he was a Girl Scout camping chaperone!  Won’t tell any stories 😂😂

Walt will be greatly missed. He was my neighbor for 36 years. A wonderful, caring, kind, funny man that lived life to the fullest. His laugh was contagious and his heart was huge. In 36 years of sharing life, one of my favorite memories is Walt coming over to help when our main water pipe broke. The plumbers dug a six foot deep trench in our yard to fix the pipe, and it snowed while the trench was still open. Walt came over in his fishing boots, jumped into the trench, and helped shovel out the snow.  When he tried to get out of the trench, one of his fishing boots was stuck and there was no getting it out. So Walt climbed out of the boot.  They refilled the trench with his boot stuck.  To this day, Walt's boot is under the ground in our front  yard. A permanent reminder of Walt's generosity, kindness, and willingness to help.  Such a wonderful man..... he will be missed. 

  I were greatly saddened by Mr. Donaldson  passing. He was a good and kind person , always sharing new ideas with his staff and team. I cherished the opportunity to work for Mr. Donaldson .

Kathy and I were greatly saddened by Walt's passing.  He was a good friend and a skilled colleague, always sharing new ideas with his staff.  I cherished the  opportunity to work beside him.  I am greatly moved by the memories above; those with whom we shared our professional and social lives.

I'm so sorry to hear of Walt's passing. I knew it was coming, but it's still hard to accept. I first met Walt socially through Jack & Cher Gallaher. I then started working for him at Dreyfuss Bros. in April of 1980. I must admit working for Walt at Dreyfuss in the 80's was the highlight of my 30 yr. property management career. He knew how to run a property management company and I was happy to be a small part of his success. I will cherish those years for the rest of my life. Please, rest in peace, my friend.

I wish to offer my sympathy to the Donaldson family for their loss. Walt influenced so many individuals during his life, I was one. He hired me at Dreyfuss Brothers in the early 80's and contributed to the leadership model I try to follow each day. Now, four decades later, I am saddened by his passing as I know so many more people could have benefitted from his mentorship. Thank you Walt for your guidance.

I don't have many friends, by design.  In 1972 I allowed Walter Raleigh Donaldson to join the list.  I have never regretted it.  I don't really have the words to express my feelings regarding the loss of Raleigh.  To say I will miss him is a criminal understatement.  I will say goodbye in my own way at the appropriate time.
