Edwena C. Vanderee

On May 31, 1959, Edwena married the love of her life, Ralph VanDeree, at Broadway Baptist Church. Together they shared a lifetime of love, devotion, and cherished memories.

Edwena was known for her easygoing nature and warm spirit. She loved spending time on the golf course, traveling, and especially enjoying cruises and treasured week-long family vacations in Ocean Beach. Above all else, she loved her family deeply and found her greatest joy in the time spent with them.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Ralph VanDeree; her daughter, Laurie Wood and her husband Mark; her sons, Bruce VanDeree and his wife Lisa, and Brian VanDeree and his wife Lisa; and her beloved grandchildren, Kaitlin, Shane, Brian, Matthew, and Tyler.

Edwena will be remembered for her kindness, gentle spirit, and the love she shared with everyone around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
