Jill E. Foley

Jill E. Foley, a resident of Washingtonville, NY, passed away on November 30, 2024. She was 72 years old. Jill was born on December 9, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Gerard J Moore and Florence Boyd. Before her retirement, she worked at J.P. Morgan on Wall Street for 17 years and for the Washingtonville School District for 20 years. Jill adored spending quality time with her family and friends. She especially loved to cook, host gatherings, travel, and use her creative mind. She had a big smile, contagious laugh, and compassion for others.

Remaining to cherish Jill’s memory are husband Thomas Foley; two sons, William Foley wife Deborah, Kevin Foley and wife Breanna; 4 grandchildren; Victoria, Ava, Ariana, Jake. Four sisters, Barbara Beattie, MaryJane Parry, Donna Kane, Kathleen Kelly, and one late brother, Gerard (Roddy) Moore.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.

Her biggest pride and joy were her four grandchildren. She was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.

Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, December 5th from 4-8pm at David T Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North Street, Washingtonville, NY 10992. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 6th at 10am at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 42 Goshen Ave, Washingtonville, NY 10992. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 1 Father Terney Circle, Washingtonville, New York, 10992.
