Philip Charles Manta passed away too soon at the age of 53, on November 19, 2020. Philip was born in Manhasset, New York on November 12, 1967 to Joseph C and Rosemary D (Neubauer) Manta. Philip is survived by father Joseph C Manta of Gilboa, New York, his devoted wife Dawn Marie, Loving children Breanna and her husband Steve Conklin as well as daughter Sabrina Manta who all reside in Rock Tavern, New York. Philip will be greatly missed not only by his immediate family, but his extended family as well. Phil worked at the L.I.R.R for 30 years out of the Jamaica Station in Hillside, New York. Philip was loved by many of his co-workers and will surely be missed. He was a hardworking and selfless man. Phil enjoyed drawing cartoons and looney tunes was his favorite. Due to Covid-19 services will be held at a later date.
