OBITUARY

Connie Marie Stewart

24 April, 1960 – 23 May, 2021
IN THE CARE OF

Harry J Will Funeral Homes

Connie Marie Stewart, age 61, passed into her savior's loving arms on Sunday, May 23, 2021.

Born April 24, 1960 in Saginaw, Michigan to Elizabeth (Heath) and Darold Allen, Connie was the oldest of three children.

Connie worked as a CNA at The Villa (formally Bortz) of Rose City, and then was a live-in care provider at Hummingbird Haven, an adult foster care home.

Connie loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with everything she had, and often shared that love with others. Her second passion in life was her family whom she often reached out to, and prayed for. Connie will also be remembered by her love of crafts. One couldn't have a conversation with Connie where she didn't mention plastic canvas.

Connie is survived by her children: Thomas (Julie) Stewart of Fairview, Michigan; Jeremy (Carrie) Stewart of Merrill, Michigan; and Katrina (William) Slonaker of Denver, Indiana; her grandchildren: Bairne, Jody, Cheyanne, Alyssa, Addison, Julian, Haylee, Cassidy, Nicholas, Azariah, Alexander, Astrid, and William; her siblings: Nancy (Robert) Dombrowski of Farwell, Michigan, and Steven (Rebecca) Allen of Centertown, Missouri; her Aunt Carol Sue of Saginaw, Michigan; ex-husband Michael (Janice) Stewart of Bay City, Michigan; and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her family is comforted with the knowledge that she joins her parents, and great-nephew, Oliver in heaven.

Throughout her life she lived many places, but her heart belonged in South Branch, Michigan, where she will be laid to rest by her family. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
