Anna Lee Byers

On April 16, 1954 she married the love of her life, the late Jack C. Byers.

Ann Lee resided in Bluefield, Virginia until August of 2016 when she relocated to Fishersville, Virginia. She passed peacefully on April 12, 2026 surrounded by her family.

Anna Lee was a devout Christian and life long member of Ebenezer Global Methodist Church formerly (Ebenezer United Methodist Church) and attended Sherando Community Church after relocating. She was a dedicated member of the United Methodist Women and Virginia Farm Bureau Women’s Association.

Mrs. Byers is survived by daughters Linda Burdette and husband Greg of Columbus, Mississippi; Jacque Goforth and husband Tom of Stuarts Draft, Virginia; granddaughters Carrie Covey and husband Drew; Andrea Burdette; Mandi Ingram and husband Louie; great grandsons, Jack and Knox Ingram and Wyatt Covey.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026 at the Grandview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Steve Aker officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
