Catherine Ann Lynch

Catherine was born June 25, 1931 in Reading PA to the late William R. and Catherine V. (Chelius) Feesler.

Catherine was a graduate of Mount Penn High School, Reading, PA and worked as an executive assistant for the Pennsylvania State Education, Berks County Intermediate Unit 14. She was married to William G. Lynch on September 4, 1954 for forty seven years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William George Lynch (Birdsboro PA, on July 6, 2002; son, Jeffrey S. Lynch (Mount Penn, PA, on April 7, 2010; brothers, William T. Fessler (Haddonfield, NJ), Thomas E. Fessler (Reading, PA), Lawrence J. Fessler, (Pennside, PA), Donald N. Fessler (Mount Penn, PA), and Michael Fessler, (Mount Penn, PA).

Survivors include her children, Colonel Gregory J. Lynch (USA Retired), Silverdale, WA, William M. Lynch, Waynesboro, VA, Colonel Steven Lynch (USA Retired), Woodbridge, VA; 16 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and her sister, Constance Gajewski, Reading, PA.

A memorial mass will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 10 AM at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 905 Chestnut Street, Birdsboro, PA. Inurnment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Birdsboro, PA. Relatives and friends may send condolences or sign the guestbook at the Immaculate Conception Church. In lieu of flowers donations are welcome and can be mailed directly to either the Immaculate Conception Church, 905 Chestnut Street, Douglassville, PA 19518 in memory of Catherine Lynch or you may make a donation in memory of William and Catherine Lynch to the Wounded Warrior Project at: www.woundedwarriorproject.org
