Born November 17, 1964 in Xenia, OH, he was a son of Ruth (Callaway) Kelley.
Jake was an avid outdoorsman whose passion for nature was reflected in his love of biking and gardening. He also loved listening to music, and it was rare to find him without something playing in the background. Above all, Jake cherished his time with family – especially their laughter, conversations, and shared moments together. Jake's vibrant spirit and the love he shared will live on in the memories of those who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Ruth and Lewis Kelley of Stuarts Draft; brother, Jeff Harner and wife, Susan, of Richmond, VA; and niece, Josie Harner of Richmond, VA.
Following cremation, all services will be held privately.
