He was born on December 29,1945 to the late Everett and Ursula Leonard.
Mr. Leonard was a member of the Lebanon Lutheran Church of Strasburg,Va.
Survivors include his loving companion Lou Washer of Waynesboro,Va., sister Marjorie Reese of Katy, Tx.,nephews; Kendall and Kenny Reese both of Katy,Tx.,a niece Karen Campbell of Austin, Tx. and longtime friends Don and Maxine Spiggle.
He loved traveling on his red Goldwing Trike and was a member of GWRRA WV-A. He traveled to bowling tournaments with his buddies which he enjoyed.
There will be a memorial service announced at a later date.
