Mrs. Clark was born on December 10, 1951 in Waynesboro, and was a daughter of the late James Marion and Kathleen Mae (Wright) Henkel. She retired from Virginia Panel after more than 25 years.
Mary is survived by her children, James Swanson and wife Meghan of Waynesboro, Ronald Swanson of Crimora, Brandy Campbell of Waynesboro; a sister, JoAnn Gardella and husband Lucky of Korbel, CA; grandsons, Colby Swanson, Chris Marse, Tyler Claytor; two granddaughters; and one great-grandson, who was born the day before she passed away, Kashton Claytor; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved rescue dog, "Rose Bud".
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her brothers, Wayne and Billy Henkel.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
