

Myrtle Woody Craig, 98, of Crimora passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at her residence.
She was born October 22, 1914 in Batesville, VA, daughter of the late Austin L. and Effie Baber Woody.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Stephen Craig, two daughters, Doris C. Belak and Linda D. Varga.
Mrs. Craig was a member of Glen Kirk Presbyterian Church. She had worked at the Silk Mill and DuPont in earlier years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed working with flowers and gardening.
She is survived by two sons, Stephen E. Craig of Stanardsville, VA, Ronnie P. Craig and wife Pamela of Waynesboro; grandson, Travis Craig of Stuarts Draft and one great-grandaughter, Tiffanie Craig, two great-grandsons, Aaron and Trevor Craig; two great-great-granddaughters, Adelyn and Everly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; one sister-in-law, Mary Woodie and a great friend, Pastor Scott Conrad.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Augusta Memorial Park with Pastor Scott Conrad officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Glen Kirk Presbyterian Church, 767 Calf Mountain Road, Waynesboro, Virginia 22980.
