Patricia Ann McNamara

Patricia Ann McNamara, 72, formerly of Waynesboro, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Augusta Health in Fishersville. She was born November 2, 1948, a daughter of the late Osborne Nicholas and Annie Earl (Key) Brown. Patricia was a former employee of the Wintergreen Resort as a restaurant manager. She was a loving mother and was proud of her two sons. She was a very giving person and was known for her infectious laugh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John McNamara and a brother, Eugene Brown. Survivors include her two sons, Timothy Goodloe and wife Natasha of Ft. Defiance, Scott Goodloe and wife Beth of Richmond; sister, Sharon McDonald of Crimora; grandchildren, Ryan Goodloe and Savannah Goodloe. She also leaves the father of their sons, Arthur “Tom” Goodloe, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Following cremation a memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Kingswood Baptist Church, 159 Kingswood Lane, Arrington. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes and Crematory.
