Robert Withers "Chuck" Wright

Born August 17, 1934 in Goshen, he was the son of the late Burrell Edmond and Blanch (Campbell) Wright.

Robert was a faithful member of First Christian Church prior to his illness. He was retired from Stanley Furniture and Fleming Foods.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Lane Wright; brothers, Frank, Russell, Carrinton, Thomas and Linwood Wright; sister, Naomie Gregory.

Mr. Wright is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Shirley (Marshall) Wright; two daughters, Sharon Craig Wright and Lisa Nuckoles; three sons, Larry Wright and wife, Lori, Bob Wright and wife, Kathy and Terry Wright; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; brother, Randolph Wright; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Riverview Cemetery with Pastor Dale Wood officiating. All who plan to attend the service are asked to meet directly at the cemetery.

There will be no formal viewing or visitation at the funeral home.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
