Born February 12, 1965 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late Kathryn May Trent.
Sarah greatly enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Ramsey.
Survivors include her two sons, Douglas Wayne Trent and Kevin Clinton Trent both of Lexington; special family members, Mary Alice Benson, Savanna Renee Benson and Christina May Lima; and a number of extended family members.
Following cremation, a celebration of life service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Benson Residence, 37 Schages Lane, Stuarts Draft.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes of Waynesboro.
