

Born May 20, 1957 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of Mildred (Hayes) and the late Herbert Lotts.
Mrs. Rowe was a member of Waynesboro Seventh-day Adventist Church. Teri recently worked as a nurses aid at the Stuarts Draft Christian Home. She enjoyed crafts, especially knitting and crocheting. She also loved her many animals.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by nephew, Michael Corbin; father-in-law, Marvin Rowe.
Survivors include her loving husband of 33 years, Michael Rowe; children, Justin O. Rowe and Laura N. White and husband, Jeffrey; grandchildren, Schuylar Rowe, Jeremiah Rowe, Jeffrey Wayne White III, and Charleigh Rowe; sisters, Sharon Wiseman and husband, Steven and Lisa Rosen; nephew, Lochlin Rosen; niece, Connie Burns and husband, Tim; step-children, Michael E. Rowe, Jr. and William Rowe and wife, Terressa; mother-in-law, Betty Rowe.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Pastor Todd Crowder officiating. Inurnment will follow in Augusta Memorial Park. All in attendance are invited for a meal following the service at Waynesboro Church of the Brethren, 364 Bridge Ave., Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
