She was born February 28, 1917 in Whiteley Township, Greene County, a daughter of the late Furman and Lucy Taylor Howard.
On August 27, 1948 she married Raymond V. Teagarden who died December 14, 1993.
Mrs. Teagarden was a homemaker and resided in Waynesburg for most of her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are a sister, Betty Benedict ; a daughter-in-law, Teresa Teagarden Emery; and a grandson, Zacari Teagarden, all of Washington; and several nieces and nephews..
Deceased are a son, Gary Teagarden, a sister, Marie Fox, and five brothers, Charles, Harold, David, Clarence, and Allen Howard.
