She was born March 3, 1965 in Alexandria, Minnesota, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Dorothy Rodgers Campbell.
Mrs. Policz was served in the U.S. Air Force from 1983 to 1990. She had worked as a sales manager for C & S Tire in Waynesburg.
Surviving are her husband Joseph B. Policz of Waynesburg; a daughter, Faith Caldwell, and a son, Victor Caldwell both of South Carolina; two brothers, David Campbell of Maryland, and Scott Campbell of New York; and a sister, Terry Edwards of Georgia. She is also survived by her beloved dogs, Ayasha and Cheyenne.
Deceased in addition to her parents is a sister, Becky Campbell.
