He was born Tuesday, November 02, 1982 in Huntington,WV. A son of Cletis S.Miller of WV. and Rhonda Wheeler Harsh of Waverly, WV. Also surviving is his Step Father Roger C. Harsh of Waverly, WV.
Dustin was a self employed laborer working in lawn care.
At the request of the family there will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at a time and date to be announced. Milliken and Throckmorton FH ,Inc. Daryl L.
