

Jane S. Henderson, 83, of Waynesburg, PA passed away at 7:20 AM on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 in Evergreen Personal Care in Waynesburg, PA. She was born September 6, 1941 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Floyd Shultz and Elizabeth Wilson Shultz. Jane was also known as Mom, Nanny, GiGi and Mrs. Z. Jane was a member of the Mount Morris Gospel Tabernacle Assembly of God, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. When she was able, she loved going to the beach, traveling out west,and laying on her pool deck sunbathing. Jane enjoyed spending time with her family, and loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jane worked for Margaret Bell Miller Middle School from 1976 to 1993, for Interstate Skateland Roller Rink from 1983 to 1994, and for the Greene County Prison from 1993 to 2012. Her Husband: Thomas L. Henderson, whom she married on November 28, 1958 died on Dec. 26, 1962. Surviving are 2 Daughters: Blenda "BJ" and Joseph Adams of Mt. Morris, PA, Pam (John) Blaker of Waynesburg, PA, 1 Son: Edward (Tammy) Henderson of Waynesburg, PA, Grandchildren: Elizabeth Carroll and Mike Berry, Zachary (Emily) Adams, Matthew (Kara) Adams, Luke (Angela) Adams, Tommy (Alissa) Henderson, Logan Henderson, Erica (Steve) Heitz, Allison Blaker and Ricky Powell, Great-Grandchildren: Robert Odum, Aubre, Jolie and Ford Henderson, Abigail Adams, Rebekah and Leah Adams, Eliana Adams, Jayden Berry and Ben Heitz and several nieces and nephews. She was the last of her immediate family. Deceased are her siblings: Johnetta and Richard "Dick" Scott, JoAnn (earl) Fuller, William "Bill" (Dena) Shultz, Don Shultz and Eddie (Jean) Shultz. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, March 3, 2025 in the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. 197 N. Maiden St., Waynesburg, PA 15370 Shane M. Ayers, Director where service will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Joseph Adams officiating. Burial will be at Greene County Memorial Park, Morgan Twp., Greene Co., PA. The Order of the Eastern Star will hold a service at 6:00 PM on Monday evening at the funeral home.
