Jerry F. Cooper,Jr. 53, of Carmichaels, PA. died at 7:15 PM Saturday, June 04, 2016, in the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He had been in his usual health and death was due to an apparent heart attack.

He was born Saturday, August 04,1962 in Waynesburg,PA. A son of the late Jerry F. Cooper, Sr. and Joyce Bellis Cooper Zalar of Greensboro,PA. Also surviving is his Step Father: Charles Zalar of Greensboro,PA.

Mr. Cooper enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved being with and taking care of his dog Maddie. He worked as a wench truck driver for C&J Energy Services.

In addition to his Mother and StepFather he is survived by his Wife: Janice Craig Cooper, whom he married on June 19, 1999.

Also surviving are 2 Daughters: Carrie Ann (Cody) Lent, of East Millsboro, PA., and Janel Craig, Carmichaels, PA., 1 Son:

Jerry F. (Kayla) Cooper, III, of Isabella, PA, 2 Step-Sons: David (Jackie) Housel, and Chad (Jamie) Housel all of Marianna, PA.,

8 Grandchildren and 1 Great GrandSon, 1 Brother:Thomas G. (Roberta) Cooper, of Isabella, PA., and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are 1 Step-Son: Joseph Housel

At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitation. A memorial service to honor Jerry will be held by the family at a later date. Milliken and Throckmorton FH,Inc. Daryl L.
