Kathy was born on July 30, 1958 to the late Elwood Baker, Jr. and the late Ruth Ellen Baker in Barnesville, OH. She married William "Bill" Tanner on November 1, 1981 in Angleton, TX. They returned to PA in 2001. She loved crafts, bingo, and playing with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Kathy is survived by her 3 children, Mary Ellen Dulaney (Thomas), Tyler Charles Tanner (Bethany), and Cody William Tanner; grandchildren, Willie Smith, Jackson Dulaney, Kathryn Dulaney, Logan Tanner, Lucas Tanner, Levi Tanner, and soon-to-arrive granddaughter, Harper Tanner; great-grandchildren, Madelyn Smith, Charleigh Smith, and soon-to-arrive great-grandson; Aunt, Betty Moore of Barnesville, OH.
Visitation will be held from 4 PM until 6:30 PM on Saturday, March 25 at Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High St., Waynesburg, PA 15370, with a funeral service to begin at 6:30 PM. Burial will be held at 12 PM on Monday, March 27 at Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, OH.
