Lillian Victoria "Vicky" Dulaney

She was born Wednesday, May 05,1943 in Mt. Morris, PA. A daughter of the late Charles L. Dulaney and Addie Marie Johnson Dulaney.

Vicky was a member of the Mt. Morris United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of West Virginia University where she was an alumnus. She enjoyed tennis, and riding horses. Vicky especially enjoyed spending time with her great nephew Justin Cook and going to Disney World. Vicky was a certified Lay Speaker and had a passion to attend Bible Studies.

For 35 years she taught school and for 30 of those years she taught Business and Typing in the Central Greene School District.

Surviving are 2 Sisters: Dora Mae Cook, of Pittsburgh, PA, and Annabelle Herrington, of Mt. Morris, PA, and several nieces and nephews who she dearly loved.

Deceased are 2 Sisters: Sharon Anne Dulaney and Kathleen Francis, 2 Brothers: Jimmy Edgar Dulaney and

Bobby Rex Delaney.

Friends will be received from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM the time of the service on Saturday, February 5, 2022 in the Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director, 324 Mt. Morris Road, P.O. Box 478 Mt. Morris, PA 15349 with Rev. Joseph Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Mt. Morris, PA. The family ask that memorials be made to the Mt.
