She was born March 7, 1948 at Washington a daughter of the late Charles Weaver and Jean Vance Hale.
Surviving are her husband, Jack Puskarich whom she married September 25, 2010; a daughter Dodie Coss (Steve) of Waynesburg; two sons, James Lemley (Sondra) of Carmichaels and Steven Lemley (Hillari) of Waynesburg; eight grandchildren, Derek, Jonathan, Abigail, Chance, Camryn, Kyle, Kendall, and Kadence; one sister, Vicky Weaver of Taylorstown; and two brothers, Chuck Weaver of Washington and Reggie Weaver of Taylorstown.
Private services are under the direction of Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Humane Society of Greene County, or the Social Service League.
