Billy Vance Williams 1948 - 2015 Billy Vance Williams, 67, of Waynesville passed away December 1, 2015 at his residence. He worked for many years as a carpenter in Haywood County. He enjoyed trading livestock, guns, knives, etc. Survivors include his mother, Etta Mae Williams, three children, Tina, Selina, and Billy; brother, Stan Williams and (Barbara McNary) of Waynesville; sister, Sue (Raymond) Frady and Barbara (Mike) Bradley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 12 PM at Green Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, December 4, 2015 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Garrett Funeral Home.
