Lorelei was a loving, caring, devoted, wife, step-mother, step-grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. Anyone who knew her well, knew her affectionately by her nickname “Penny”. Penny never met a stranger, once you met her you were “hooked”. She always had a smile or a hug for her family and friends. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She always had a good time wherever she went and made people feel special and welcomed. She would “light” up the place with her infectious smile and her contagious laugh. She loved her family and her friends with all of her heart and would do anything that she could to help them out. She was a loving, caring, kind, friendly and outgoing person that will be missed by those who loved her most. Penny was a Class of 1982 graduate of Terry Parker High School in Jacksonville, FL. She is free now. Free from any suffering, heartache, pain, stress, and loneliness. She will be heavenly accepted by God and rejoiced and embraced in the reunion of all those that have gone before her. She is an angel among the angels now and will be missed dearly here on earth by her loved ones that she has left behind.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to your local Cancer or Alzheimer's Society. These causes were near and dear to Penny's heart because of her husband, her father and her mother.
No services are planned at this time.
