
Virginia Mease Farmer “Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, & Friend” Virginia Ena Mease Farmer, 83, of Waynesville, passed away Sunday, April 05, 2015 at her residence. She was native of Haywood County born on April 7, 1931. She graduated from Bethel High School. She worked for Dayco Rubber Co. for many years. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Ethel Henson Mease. She was the wife of the late Jim C. Farmer and the sister to the late Laura Mease, Florence Allen, Pauline Schlemmer, Dale Baker, Lois Anderson, Martha Gillis. Left to cherish her memory are two children, Debora Montgomery of Greensboro, NC and David Farmer and his wife Cassee, two grandchildren, Grady Levi Farmer and Kyla-Jo Roan Farmer and great granddaughter, Mesa-Mae Caroline Farmer all of Waynesville, NC. Memorial Graveside services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Garrett Hillcrest Memorial Park. She was a loving, kind, caring, honest, strong, generous, loyal, hard-working, and a courageous woman. She cared for her family unconditionally and always wanted the best for everyone. She will be loved and missed forever. Memorial Contributions may be made to Haywood County Meals on Wheels, Guilford County Meals on Wheel and/or Allen’s Creek Baptist Church.
