Maggie Valley-William C. Mills, 71, died on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Maggie Valley Nursing and Rehab. Bill was born in Jacksonville, Florida, on April 17, 1944, to the late William and Jeanette Isbister Mills. Bill is survived by a brother, John Mills and his wife, Arlene; a sister, Suzanne Farinas and her husband, John; a niece, Andrea Suarez and her husband, Gustavo; and a nephew, Matthew Mills and his wife, Elaine.
