She is survived by her son, Garry J. Doucet of Welsh, LA and daughter, Carolyn Doucet Rawl and husband, Tom of Montgomery of Alabama. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carlson J. Doucet and her first born son, Carlson J. Doucet Jr.; her brothers, Peter Janssen, Frank Janssen, George Janssen and Daniel Janssen and a sister, Marie Allen.
Her funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church. Rev. Herbert May will officiate. Burial will be in the Bon Pasteur Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh on Saturday from 5-9 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. til time of service.
