She is survived by her sons, Wallace L. Trahan Jr. and wife, Sarah of LeBleu Settlement, William James Trahan of Cameron; step son, Roger Trahan of Sulphur; daughters, Abbie McDaniel and husband, Terry of Hayes, Mary Trahan and husband, Jody of Hayes; sister, Pauline Sonnier and husband, Joseph of Orange, TX; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Adelia Granger; husband, Wallace L. Trahan Sr.; daughter, Kathy Cormier; step daughter, Patricia Thibodeaux and sister, Della Mallett. Her funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2011 at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh. Rev. Kent Brabham will officiate. Burial will be in Hayes Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 2-9 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. til time of service.
