She was a resident of Welsh.

She is survived by her sons, John "Billy" Cooper and wife, Angela of Santa Fe, TX, Ricky Cooper and wife, Marla of Vinton, Kenny Davidson and wife, Ruth of Welsh, Chuck Davidson and wife, Kristie of Welsh, Randy Davidson of Welsh and Timmy Davidson of Lake Charles; daughters, Jean Hornsby and husband, Darrel of Welsh, JoEllen Sonnier and husband, Brent of Welsh and Becky Howard of Woodworth; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Caesar and Viola Breaux; 1st husband, Johnny Bell Cooper; 2nd husband, J.P. Davidson; son, Darrell Mathieu Cooper; grandson, John William Cooper II.

Her service will be 2pm, Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh. The Rev. Darrell Hieronymus will officiate. Visitation will begin Saturday 5pm-9pm at the funeral home and resume Sunday 12pm until service time. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.
