Irma is survived by her sons Jaime Garza (Pamela) and Jose Garza III (Yvonne); her sisters Hilda Valdez and Alejandra Castro Salinas; 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Irma was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Maria Luisa Ortiz and Frances Gonzalez and brothers Arturo Castro and Jaime Castro.
A visitation for Irma will be held Friday, October 7, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 N. FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78596. A chapel service will occur Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 10:00 AM, followed by the interment at Highland Memorial Park.
