Jose A. Lucio

Jose A. Lucio, age 88, of Weslaco, Texas passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Jose was born December 18, 1933 to Maria de Jesus Corrales Lucio and Jose Arnulfo Lucio. Jose is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Alonzo Lucio; his children Hilario Lucio (Letty), Eloy Lucio (Teresa), Carlos Lucio (Tonia), Jesus Lucio, Yolanda Martinez (Gilbert), Oralia Lucio Orocio, Maria de Jesus Lucio (Isaac Torres) and Lupita Lucio; his sisters Esperanza Lopez and Oralia Martinez; 24 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, and 7 Great great grandchildren and his beloved dog Max. Jose was preceded in death by his son Raul Lucio; his father Jose Arnulfo Lucio and his mother Maria de Jesus Corrales Lucio; his siblings Hilario Lucio, Leonardo Lucio, Pedro Lucio, Narciso Lucio, Candelaria Hernandez, Cruz Garza, Juana Lucio and Olivia Lucio. A visitation for Jose will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, Weslaco, TX 78599. A chapel service will occur Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM followed by the interment at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco, TX 78599.
