Veronica was a great mother and best friend to her daughter, she enjoyed the company of her brothers and who could forget how much joy her grandchildren brought to her. All who knew Veronica could say she was always happy. Veronica would listen to mariachi music any chance she would get.
Veronica is survived by; daughter Michelle Rose Silva; brother Ricardo Leal (Noemi), brother Roberto Leal (Patricia) and brother Oberlin Leal (Mirna); granddaughter Josyln Gomes and grandson Joseph Gomes.
Veronica was preceded in death by her husband Armando Silva; father Oberlin Leal and mother Olivia Gutierrez.
Visitation Services for Veronica will be held Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Funeral Home (6705 N FM 88, Weslaco,TX), with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Mass will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 9:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Elsa, Texas followed with the Interment at Highland Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78599.
