A viewing for Carmen will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel West Covina, 2333 West Merced Ave, West Covina, CA 91790, followed by a funeral service from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
