It’s been year momma, I miss you dearly your always in my mind gone but not forgotten I know your my guardian angel watching over me and my kids and my grandkids. Your forever in my heart until we meet again. We hold you close in our hearts. 

The passage of time and the loving memories of Cora, a loving and special mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend will ease your loss and bring you comfort.   Saying goodbye to someone we love is heartbreaking and Cora knew that heartbreak early on as a young woman.  
 I have memories of Cora becoming the family matriarch at a young age when my Aunt Barbarita died.  She had to grow up fast but with God's grace she accepted her role with acceptance and strength.   When she met and married Willie she was rewarded with her own children which she nurtured and bragged on.  I remember their visiting us in Barstow and the sweetness of her family toward my own mother, Gregoria,  or Aunty Goya as they called her.  
Cora.... my throat chokes up when I think of you, of Willie, of that sweet family that I know is hurting and I extend my sympathy and send my love at very sad time.    May your family and all who love you find comfort in all the special memories shared throughout the years and the richness you gave to their lives.  
A special thank you to the daughters who continued to reach out to their Aunty Goya, who loved each and every one of them individually and as the special people they are.  Your parents raised good people.   God bless you all.
