He was born on February 12, 1939
in El Monte, California to Eladio
and Mary Garcia.
He was preceded in death
by his parents,
Brothers Daniel, Ralph, and
Rudy and Sister Esther.
Ernest grew up in San Bernardino,
California and joined the U.S.
Air Force in 1956; he worked
as an aircraft electrician and was
Honorably Discharged in 1959.
On June 16, 1962 in Loma Linda,
California he married the
love of his life, Dora Veloz Dela Cruz.
They were happily married for 54 years.
Ernest is survived by his daughter Cecilia,
his sons Ernest, Jr., Edmund, and Mario,
his Sister Frances, and Brother Pete.
He will be missed dearly by his 9
grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
