Luis is survived by his wife, Alicia Galicia; his son Christopher Martin Galicia; his daughter Cassandra Marie Galicia; his son Carlos Francisco Galicia; and his son Oscar Marquez; his sister Guadalupe Galicia, his sister Laura Galicia, his brother Francisco Javier Galicia, his brother Tommy Adrian Galicia, his sister Sonya Galicia-Zamudio, his brother Cesar Galicia and his brother Edward David Galicia; his granddaughter Reny Sirena Galicia.

A visitation for Luis will be held Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel West Covina Mortuary, 2333 W Merced Ave, West Covina, California 91790. A funeral mass will occur Friday, May 5, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Talpa Church, 411 S Evergreen, Los Angeles, CA 90033. A burial will occur Friday, May 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, California 94102.
