I hope someone sees this.  My name is Larry Barrieau and Richard was my mother's cousin.  I was named after Richard's father - Lawrence.   my family like both Lawrence  and Richard very much and we looked forward to the times when Richard would swing through the area during his travels.  In 1973, I was hitchhiking around the country and stopped in to see him in Bel Air.   I spent a few lovely days with him and his family.   I've spent 20 or so years trying to find him with only negative results.  I wanted to tell him of the passing of peoplem who loved him and  spoke fondly of him. I'm very sorry to hear this.  I've been trying to connect with him for years.  I am Lawrence Casey Barrieau and I'm named after Richard's father.  I had written a short story of my travels when I was young and included a few lines about my stay at his house for a few days in the summer of  1973 and I wanted him to see it.  The family was always excited when he came to town (Gardner, Mass.)  We all loved him.  He was always grateful to my parents for the love and kindness they showed when his parents were having problems.   I'd love to hear from his children.   Larry
