Samantha Gina Leyva, age 26, of Covina, California passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021 in Duarte, CA. Samantha was born December 19, 1994 to Jose Gabriel Leyva and Gina Lisa Perez.

Samantha was a medical assistant for 7 years.

Samantha was a very positive person even as she went through her own struggles with her illness.

Samantha is survived by her father Jose Gabriel Leyva and her mother Gina Lisa Perez; her brother Michael Leyva and her sister Serena Alvarado; her companion Cristian Velasco and many extended family members and friends.
