Olivia got married! The family is all spread around now, and because the way we all are emotionally, we don’t really stay in contact anymore. I have a fake Facebook for work, and I saw that she got married. From the comments on her Facebook, it doesn’t look like much of the family was really invited. I’m happy for her. Nervous, but happy. She’s so young. I haven’t met the guy, his name is Bryan, but they’ve been together a while now, and she did talk about him last time she was here, so I think she’s happy. I saw that her profile picture was of you and it almost scared me, seeing your face on my phone. I think maybe she changed it because Mother’s Day is today. God you guys look so much alike. She acts like you too. When she was here last time, it was kind of like having you around again. She has a nervous laugh, and she said things like, “I’m crazy,” or “I’m weird.” Little Chris looks so handsome too. He’s a good kid. I think he’s very self-conscious and is always looking for reassurance, but I do believe as he gets older, he’ll turn out okay. I love you💗

It's been years since i a saw you last, and not a day goes by that I wish you were here, sis. I miss you very much. I feel I've completely lost with the few that I love, and I hope you knew that I lovedon't you. I always have and always will.

It feels as though these past few years without you have been crazy mom.  I go everyday with a thought of you in my head. I miss you so very much mom I've graduated and lived on my own for a while. I'm back with Dad now though and I'm going back home in July... I'm sad mom Ive gone each and every day broken. Im broken but strong I've had to learn to carry my pieces and become stronger I've learned to walk with a broken heart. Losing one person after another always being strong always just being strong love you mama your my greatest strength and encouragement. Your the reason I fight because you raised me to. And I will no matter how many people I love disappear or friends I lose or loves I've fought for and lost your the reason I keep going mama. I promised you I would and I will.

I know it's been a year and half since you've been gone. I miss you so much. I miss seeing your smiling face. I miss our little talks about life. You were always so positive and there for me when I was done. It helped me so much. I'm sad that we never had the chance to be workout buddies since we had conflicting schedules. I was very sad to find out though Facebook about Alicia.  Alicia was a very good friend of mine years ago.  She was a friend to me when I was struggling a lot in life and needed good friends the most.  I remember one time we had a sleep over and Alicia taught me how to pluck my eyebrows and use lots of glitter!  That had to have been over 15 years ago, but I remember it like it was yesterday and it makes me smile.

Please join us in celebrating the life of Alicia Moreno with a candlelit walk around Grey's Lake. We will be meeting in the Southwest parking lot at 6:00 p.m. We plan to light our candles and walk a lap around the lake as we talk and share memories of Alicia. The walk will conclude on the bridge with a balloon release. We will be providing a notepad and envelopes to write a message to Alicia, which we will then attach to the balloons and release them together. We will be providing everything so all you need
to bring are your walking shoes. We realize that many people will have to work and may not be able to attend in person. Those of you that are not able to attend can still take part by either mailing your handwritten message or sending it via email. Either way we will be sure to attach your message to a balloon and release it for you. We hope this will be a unique and uplifting event and look forward to seeing you there.

RIP Alicia. Bianca and I are deeply saddened by Alicia's untimely death. She accompanied her grandfather, my cousin, to CA when my father passed away. She was a pretty teenager and she and my teen daughter hit it off immediately. My prayers are with her children. Their loss is great  but by the grace of God time will ease the sorrow and grief. Her memory will remain in your hearts forever.  Condolences to my Iowa family.

We were so sad to hear of Alicia's passing. We never really got to know her but we know of her children and they are beautiful! We remember Olivia and Christopher Jr. and pray that they will get through this we do know how much you loved your kids and what a great mom you were. Rest in Peace Alicia.
