Dorothy L. Pritchard, 90, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Ozark Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Osage Beach, MO. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at McLaren’s Chapel with burial at Resthaven Cemetery.
Dorothy was born February 17, 1923 in Valley Junction, Iowa to Victor and Blanche (Faulkner) Wolff. She was a member of the West Des Moines United Methodist Church. Dorothy enjoyed sewing, crocheting, needlepoint, square dancing, word searches and shopping.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Sherry (Dick) Dey of West Des Moines/ Lake Ozark, MO; son, Billy (Nettie) Pritchard of Yuma, AZ; five grandchildren, Cari (Rick) Kersey of West Des Moines, Mindi (Randy) Anderson of West Des Moines, Paula (Joe) Watkins of Sandy OR, Tim (Savannah) Pritchard of Vancouver, WA and Brooke Dey of Waukee and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Pritchard; one sister and two brothers.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McLaren’s Chapel. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Ozark Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
