I am very sorry to hear about Jim's passing.  We played soccer together at Monmouth college and made the trip to Spain together.  He was a very positive and fun to be around guy... Someone you are lucky to have as a friend.   May God help you through this difficult time.

I am so saddened to read in the Monmouth Alumni magazine about Jim passing away . Everyones friend at Monmouth College, great soccer player and always with a smile. A true gentleman and friend...I will miss him.

I'm terribly sorry to hear of the loss of Jim.  We always liked having him stop in to the dealership and chatting.  He was a super nice guy, and he'll be missed by all of us here at Holmes Chevy.

I was so sorry to hear about Jim's passing! I sold Jim the  town home he lived in and loved. He was a wonderful man! He is now with his mom and dad! Prayers for his friends and family! Rest in peace Jim!

I'm utterly shocked to see that Jim passed away. I wish to extend my sincere sympathy to his family. I often saw Jim enjoying Des Moines' finest musicians at several restaurants. He was always very friendly & warm & thoughtful & exuberant. He seemed like an old friend or a best friend, though we didn't know each other well...a testament to his character & spirit & personality. I'll greatly miss you, my musical friend.

Mr. Major truly made a difference coaching the SAE intramural football team this past year, his support will be missed on the sidelines. Phi Alpha.
