Lee and the McQuiston family were a important part of my family growing up. My mother, Donna, her brother Jack, Lee, and Jim grew up together from birth. The Ahlbergs and the McQuistons had a rich and wonderful history. My sincere sympathy to the family on the loss of Lee. Sorry I just found out today.

Dear Family,
I hope you take solace in the fact that Lee is in a better place with a nice new body, free of any physical discomfort that will last for eternity.  How could we not miss a guy who was such an all around good friend and family member to all of us.  He was the best brother in-law I could ask for and a gift to me. Lee McQuiston was an honorable man whom I've known through our neighborhood, and through our church for my whole life. We had just spoken about Lee during our Council meeting on Monday night; Pastor Worthington had mentioned that she had visited him at his new home, shared communion with him, and that he was very happy. RIP, Lee; you set a great example for us all.

Lee was a great role model for any man.  Betty's parents are my God Parents and that is how we met.  He was my friend from my early childhood when he shared his magazines through recent years when we worked together on Church business.  We will miss him here and look to share his company in the hereafter.

Our sincere condolences to Lee's family.   We became friends with Lee at church and were impressed with his friendliness and goodness.    Our prayers are with you.   Gary and Carolyn Hiatt.

Thoughts and prayers to the entire McQuiston family.  Great memories of witnessing the passion you put into the many projects you built over the years and the fun times at a few Lyndale block parties.  Another favorite came every year when you set up your Christmas tree display on the side of the house.  The many friends and neighbors who had the privilege of knowing you at some point in their lives have lost a good man and a good friend.  Rest in peace Lee.
