Herbert Rowley

Herbert F. Rowley of Harwichport MA died Thursday September 6,2012 at the Royal @harwich Village. Born in Hyannis, MA on June 30, 1934 the son of the late Dr Harold F Rowley and Olive J Rowley. The husband of the late Bernice P Rowley. He lived most of his life in Harwichport and retired after 25 years of service from the Harwich Police Dept. He is predeceased by his brother Fredrick "Pete" Rowley of Georgia and survived by his brothers Robert Rowley (Vaughn), and Glenn Rowley esq. (Carol), and his 4 children, Karen Greco of Florida Kim Welch (Charlie) of Abington, Kathy Cafarelli (Bill) of Maine and Michael Rowley (Tracy) of Hanson as well as 2 Stepchildren John Hunt (Martha) of Georgia and Linda Hulbert of Florida, 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren as well as cousins and many Nieces and Nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 3-6pm at the Doane Beal & Ames Funeral Home 260 Main St. W Harwich. Burial will be private.
