Lucian J Perez

He was a life long resident of the Town of Harwich. Attended primary schools in the town and transferred to Barnstable Vocational Technical High School. Upon graduation he attended East Coast Aero Technical School in Bedford, MA where he attained his aircraft powertrain/powerplant certifications and pilot’s license.

He was a car/motorcycle enthusiast all his life and worked in the automotive industry for over 40 years. He was a General Motors ASE Certified Master Technician who achieved numerous awards for this work.

He is survived by Lupita A. Lopes, sister of East Falmouth, MA, Felipe C. Perez, Jr., brother of East Harwich and his wife, Pamela, his constant companion of 15 years, Kathleen Ellis-Knowles of Sandwich, MA and several nieces and nephews.

Lucian will be sadly missed by his family and his great many friends and colleagues. He was a wealth of knowledge and was constantly sought out for his expertise because he could fix anything.

Calling hours will be at Doane, Beal and Ames Funeral Home, 260 Route 28, West Harwich, MA on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 4-7pm.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in his name can be made to the American Heart Association.
