Alberto Saavedra age 94 of West Palm Beach, Floridas passed away on January 17, 2011. He was born in Cuba and moved to the United States years later. Alberto worked in the Sugar Industry for many years as a Dock Hand.
He is survived by his nephew, Hiran (Nilska) Navarro; sister, Rosa Saavedra; nephew, Carlos (Rafaela) Navarro; grandnieces, Yadira Navarro, Yarlin Navarro, and Evelyn Navarro; grandnephews, Hiran & Christian Navarro; and great grandnieces, Jazlyn Valera and Mya Perez.
Friends may visit and pay respects to the family from 6 PM - 9 PM, Friday, January 21, 2011 at Mizell-Faville-Zern Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, January 22, 2011 at the funeral home with Father Jose Crucet officiating. Entombment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, West Palm Beach, FL.
