Angela Neraida Blanco

Angela was born on January 30, 1944, in Provincia Cienfuegos, Cuba, to Juan Valdes and Juana Rodriguez. Angela married Francisco Blanco, in 1962. After moving to Havana, Cuba, the couple welcomed a little girl, Elsa into their home. Elsa remembers her mother as a kind, generous, fun loving woman, who was also her best friend.

Angela was an accomplished seamstress. Perfecting her sewing and embroidery and often made beautiful clothes, curtains, canastillas for herself and family. Angela was a generous, loving individual who loved to help others, and who was passionate about gardening, going to school to learn English, dancing and learning new things. Angela was an active and dedicated member of the St. Luke Catholic Church.

Angela is survived by her husband, Francisco Blanco and only child Elsa Guzman. Her Granddaughter Lindsay Grace Guzman and her sisters; Juana , Hilda and Dulce Valdes.

A viewing is scheduled for Sunday July 24 from 1 - 5 pm at Quattlebaum Funeral Home West Palm Beach, Fl . Burial will be held the following day at Our lady Queen of Peace Cemetery, Southern Blvd., Royal Palm Beach, FL at 10 am.

The family would like to thank everyone who knew her, since you all made her fell loved and Angela will be missed by all.
