In memory of my friend and school chum of the past 60 years. The many years we spent skindiving, involved in photography to arguing opposite sides on nearly every topic in debate classes (and continued life-long through our adult years), we seldom agreed; but loved and respected each other.

It is my sincere hope that Anita and the family find the personal support and peace from having David/Barbie in their lives.

The hole I feel in my heart cannot begin to compare with theirs.

Barbara changed my life.  She was the person who showed me that I could live my life authentically.  She introduced me to the art of magic and the amazing Magic Castle family to which we've become a part.  

More than that, she was a good friend and mentor.  We shared meals with each other with photos even when we were on opposite sides of the continent.  

Her family and ours are one.
