Carmen L. Olavarria Cruz was born on July 24, 1936 in Guayama, (Puerto Rico) and passed away on February 2, 2021 in Atlantis, Florida and is under the care of Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center & Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Memorial Service will be held on February 28, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Quattlebaum Funeral Cremation and Event Center , 6411 Parker Avenue , West Palm Beach, FL.
